When: Tuesday, August 1, 2006 Church School Classes When: Sunday, August 27, 2006 11:00AM-12:00AM Where: Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Please be sure to come out every Sunday for morning study of the Word. You won't want to miss it! During the summer months, we are having Bible Basics during Sunday School. Please note this scheduling change. Bible Study will take place immediately following our early morning devotional time with the Lord. A Lesson from the Desk of the Superintendent Bible Basics Bible Study When: Sunday, August 27, 2006 11:00AM-12:00PM Where: Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Are You Sure that Jesus' Sacrificial Death was enough to ensure your entrance into eternity with God? Join us as we continue the series entitled, "A Study of the Book of Hebrews: Jesus Is More Than Enough". We will continue our discussion on Part Two: "Exhortation to Steadfastness". During Part Two, we will learn to apply what we have learned while studying the superiority of Jesus' ministry. This week we will discuss the faith of Abraham, Sarah, and Isaac. Discipleship and DEEPA Classes When: Thursday, August 31, 2006 7:00PM Where: LCF The youth will meet to discuss the upcoming Bible Ball and rehearse for the play. Bible Ball Play Rehearsals When: Friday, September 1, 2006 7:00PM Where: LCF Rehearsals will be held as follows unless otherwise announced: Thursdays: 7p.m Saturdays: 4 p.m Sundays: Immediately following service All characters are asked to attend each rehearsal. Up A Little Higher Women's Ministry When: Friday, September 8, 2006 7:00PM-9:30PM Where: The Atrium @ 118 N. Howard St. Baltimore, MD - 3rd Flr Community Room Last month, we discussed how Mary Magdalene had many choices when she heard Jesus' tachings, but she chose to follow Him all the way. She was there in His ministry. She was there at the cross. And she was there at the tomb when He gave direction concerning His return to the disciples. Mary chose to use her freedom from the law to serve Christ as a faithful servant. Join us in September as we discuss "Jesus' Love Has Freed and Captivated Me". You will find that Jesus set you free from the law, but His love will give you the desire to dedicate yourself to Him forever! We'll be praying for your presence.
